Ahkeelah Lamb is a passionate children’s book author dedicated to crafting stories that inspire joy and positivity in young readers. Her journey as a writer is built on a strong foundation in education, beginning with her graduation from the distinguished Florida A&M University in 2003, followed by earning a Master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2011.

This academic background has shaped her thoughtful approach to children’s literature, culminating in the creation of her delightful debut book, Happy Cheer. The book is a reflection of her mission to create vibrant, heartwarming content that families can enjoy together.

Drawing inspiration from her own life, Ahkeelah’s work is infused with warmth and a genuine understanding of what makes children smile. When she is not writing, she cherishes spending quality time with her family, getting lost in a good book, or enthusiastically cheering on the Miami Dolphins on a Sunday afternoon.
